    Punjab Sewa Kendras — G2C at scale

    Directed daily operations of 538 Citizen Centers across 23 districts serving 50,000+ citizens a day. Grew annual revenue to $15M by adding 50 new G2C and 7 B2C services, processing 1M+ transactions a year.

    BLS International — Operational turnaround

    As COO, rolled out an in-house ERP across 50+ processes, cut TAT from 10 minutes to 3, delivered $7.3M in annual savings and lifted revenue 30–40% while serving 45,000 daily citizen footfall.

    Acute Informatics — $56K to $13.3M in a year

    Co-bid with Wipro and Infosys on the NABARD co-op bank digitization across 4,500 branches, expanded the Core Banking System into LATAM and Africa as SaaS on AWS, and launched POS+ERP integration for retail in Gujarat.

    BillDesk — Profit Centre Head, North & East

    Built a $7M+ P&L with 300+ people across 100+ Tier 1 & 2 cities, onboarded 70+ banks and NBFCs, and scaled daily transactions from 10 to 3 lakhs — culminating in a 5% stake sale to SBI for ₹25 crore.

    Led the implementation of 50+ SOPs across multiple offices, achieved ISO 9001 certification — setting a benchmark in G2C services — and built ongoing compliance into day-to-day operations to lift efficiency.

    Subsidy Rollout through Aadhaar — NABARD

    Led the digitization of 4,000+ co-operative banks pan-India for NABARD, managed Aadhaar integration to widen access to financial services, and streamlined processes for faster citizen-facing service delivery.

    Back-end Support for State Bank of India

    Led installation and updates of security software across SBI branches nationwide, implemented cybersecurity measures to safeguard banking system integrity, and partnered with technical teams to harden operations.

    Led the conversion of multiple Regional Rural Bank branches to core banking systems across Bihar, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, working closely with stakeholders on technology integration to lift service delivery and client engagement.
