Fractional CXO and operator with 33+ years building and scaling businesses — from BillDesk's founding team to $100M+ enterprise deals across India, the US, LATAM and the Middle East, and AI & GovTech transformations that actually stick.
In 2001, I joined a small company in India called BillDesk — before digital payments were a thing, before UPI, before anyone called it FinTech. We built the infrastructure that would eventually move billions of dollars for banks, railways and the Ministry of Finance. What I learned there shaped everything that followed.
Thirty-three years later, I've led operations serving 50,000 citizens a day across 23 districts, closed $100M+ in enterprise contracts across India, the US, LATAM and the Middle East, and guided organizations through AI and digital transformations that actually stuck — not because of a strategy deck, but because I've run the P&L, managed the 6,000-person team, and sat across the table from the government official who decides whether your product survives or disappears.
That is the difference I bring as a Fractional CXO. Most advisors have seen things. I've built them. Today, I partner with founders, CEOs and boards at a critical inflection — when the gap between where you are and where you need to be is not a strategy problem but an execution problem. Specifically: go-to-market and enterprise sales that actually close — not frameworks, but pipelines; AI and digital transformation that your teams adopt and your customers trust; government and institutional partnerships that others can't unlock; and building and scaling revenue operations across geographies.
I work with a small number of companies at a time. If you're navigating a real inflection point — a market entry, a revenue stall, an AI rollout that needs to land — let's talk.
